Jaime Johns is a highly experienced financial services executive, board chair and governance leader with more than 20 years’ experience across advice, AFSL leadership, investment governance, product development and distribution. She has held senior leadership roles across Licensee and Private Wealth businesses and brings deep expertise in advice governance, portfolio construction and operating model design.

Jaime has chaired multiple governance, investment and risk committees, including serving as Chair of the Madison Investment Committee. She is a former Non-Executive Director of Mason Stevens, where she also served on the Audit & Risk Committee. She currently chairs the Risk and Compliance Committee for an AFSL and serves as an external member of its Investment Committee, providing independent oversight across both risk and investment governance.

A highly experienced Responsible Manager, Jaime has held RM roles across a range of retail and wholesale AFSLs. Through her consulting and board work, she supports organisations to strengthen governance frameworks, refine strategy and build sustainable, client-centred businesses. She is a regular speaker at industry conferences on governance, professionalism and the future of wealth services.
